We've have Some Simple Rules And Regulations

At Green Valley we do our best to offer a comfortable, safe and memorable experience to all our guests. However to do so we have some rules and regulations that are to be followed by everyone to have wonderful experience at our park.

Age Limit: Open to all
Foods from outside and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside park.
Intoxicated persons are not allowed to enter the park.
All persons, bags, luggage, parcels or any other items is subject to a security check at the point of entry to the park and at such other locations inside the park as we consider appropriate.
Please show common courtesy to fellow park guests and our service staff. Do not use any foul language and engage in unsafe or offensive behaviour.
Green Valley Multi Theme Park is constantly under CCTV surveillance.
Entry to the Park will close one hour before the closing time of the park.
Guests may have to leave the park even before closing time if the situation warrants.
Water area is shallow, hence diving is not allowed any time.
Pregnant Women, heart patients, people with high blood pressure, those prone to epilepsy and neck or back injuries are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
Parents are advised to pay special attention to their Children. Children should be accompanied by their guardians.
There are certain height and weight restrictions in some rides for safety reasons.
The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety/technical reasons without prior notice.
We reserve the right to stop picture taking or video recording.
Weapons, pets, cigarettes and other tobacco products are not allowed inside the park.
Purchase of the ticket implies guest’s acceptance and adherence to above mentioned rules and regulations.

Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, which is valid only for a specified date and specified time.
Luggage, Bags, Parcels and any other item which park security considers unreasonable to allow inside park, will have to deposit at the baggage counter located at the entry of park.
Please maintain discipline in ride queue area. Members of the group are not allowed to join those already in queue.
Proper clothes must be worn at all times while visiting the park.
For your enjoyment, and in the interest of hygiene and safety, a dress code is enforced in the park.
Since many rides inside the park are adventurous in nature, guests are advised to follow safety instructions of management, ride operators and displayed instructions near rides for safe riding. Management will not be responsible for any injury/accident due to negligence of Guests.
Management will not be responsible for the loss of any of your personal belongings.
Do not wear scarfs or shawls while enjoying a ride to ensure the safety of all the visitors at park.
Entry is free for children below the age of 10 only if accompanied by adults. They will not be permitted on the adult rides.
Guests below stipulated height and guests above certain weights are not permitted in some rides.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. If the ticket is altered/ tempered or exchanged, it would be cancelled. Please do not try to remove/ transfer/ tamper/ disfigure or mutilate the ticket. Doing so will disqualify you from taking the rides even if you possess a valid ticket.
Parents are advised to pay special attention to their Children. Children should be accompanied by their guardians.
We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the park and may use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
It may be possible that one or more rides may not be operational for reasons beyond our control, we request you to bear with us and enjoy other rides instead. No refund will be made under such circumstances.
